These are the terms and conditions of the Lunovieno online store. Updated 10 August 2026.

Lunovieno reserves the right to update these terms and conditions without prior notice. Orders are subject to the terms in force at the time the order is placed, which are available for review before the order is completed.

This trading relationship is governed by applicable Finnish and EU law relating to consumer trade, marketing and advertising. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any mandatory statutory rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

Lunovieno is not liable for damages resulting from force majeure. This refers to an unforeseeable event or change in circumstances that is beyond Lunovieno's reasonable control (for example, natural disasters, war, or a pandemic). Lunovieno will notify the customer of any force majeure event as soon as possible.

When placing an order, the customer must provide accurate and complete contact details. Consumer customers must provide at least their name, address, phone number, and email address. Customer information is stored in Lunovieno's customer register, and this information is used to process orders and manage the customer relationship.

Personalised Products and Children's Information

Some of our products, including Luno Bear, are personalised using information you provide about a child, such as their first name, date of birth, and birth measurements. By submitting this information and placing an order, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child, or are otherwise authorised to provide this information on the child's behalf. We process this information solely to fulfil the personalisation of your order, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Product prices are shown on the product pages. Prices include VAT according to the customer's country: Finland 25.5 %, Sweden 25 %, Germany 19 %, France 20 %, Belgium 21 %, and the Netherlands 21 %. The applicable VAT rate for your country will always be shown at checkout. The final price of your order is determined at checkout, where shipping costs are added to the total.
