Luno Bear is made to be exactly the same length and weight as your baby was at birth. Their name, birth measurements and birth date are engraved onto the paws. The bear should be handled gently, just like a newborn.
To place your order, you'll need the child's name, date of birth, birth weight and birth length. You'll also get to choose a bow colour for the bear.
Every bear is made to order. Luno Bear is a personalised product, so orders are final.
Pre-orders for Sweden, Germany, France, Belgium, and the Netherlands opened on 19 August and are open until 2 September, or while production capacity lasts. All bears will be shipped by 18 September.

The Association of Friends of the University Children's Hospitals
We want every bear to carry something good with it. For every bear sold, we donate 2 € to the Association of Friends of the University Children's Hospitals (Lastenklinikoiden Kummit ry), so every child in Finland can receive the best possible care when they need it.
Frequently asked questions
Production takes 10–14 days from the order date (excluding the current pre-order period — see below). After that, delivery to your pickup point usually takes (same whether delivered to a pickup point or straight to your door):
- Finland: 1–3 business days
- Sweden: 2–5 business days
- Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands: 3–5 business days
- France: 4–5 business days
Pre-order note: bears ordered during the current pre-order for Sweden, Germany, France, Belgium, and the Netherlands (19 August – 2 September) will all be shipped by 18 September, regardless of order date.
The bear is delivered to your nearest pickup point, or straight to your door.
- Finland: Delivery is handled through our partner Shipit, in cooperation with Matkahuolto and Posti. Pickup point delivery is included in the price; home delivery is available for 11.90 €.
- Sweden: Delivery to a pickup point/parcel locker is handled by PostNord or GLS, in cooperation with our delivery partner Shipit (7.90 €). Home delivery is handled by PostNord (12.90 €).
- Germany, France, Belgium, and the Netherlands: Delivery to a pickup point/parcel locker is handled by GLS, or by PostNord in cooperation with DPD as the courier (7.90 €). Home delivery is handled by GLS (12.90 €).
